Thank you for signing up for for our Social Media Management Service!
To get things started, we will need you to provide your Social Media login info so that we can connect your accounts to our Social Media Management software.
Social Media Management Portal
After submitting your info, you will receive an invitation to our customer portal where you can see detailed information about the Social Media accounts we are managing for you, all in one place. This will give you a place to ask us questions, recommend articles and give us feedback on posts.
- Click "JOIN NOW" in the email we send you.
- After the sign in page opens, enter the same email address you received the invite to in the "Email Address" field.
- Enter a password of your choosing in the "New Password" field and enter again to confirm. Click "SIGN UP".
Once logged in, you will be able to view all recent activity on your social media account(s). The left navigation bar will allow you to manage your Social Media:
- Home allows you to see statistics about your account, recent posts and a live stream of all the recent comments on your page.
- Posts allows you to see Published, Promoted and Scheduled social media posts.
- Collaborate allows you to ask us questions, share post ideas and upload files.
- Reports allows you to view custom run reports.
